This nourishing retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore your energy in a beautiful outdoor setting. Through mindful yoga, time in nature, delicious food, and moments of stillness, you'll create space to unwind, reset, and return to what truly matters.
Outdoor Nature Retreat
This nourishing day retreat combines yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, relaxation, and time in nature to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
We'll begin with an extended yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the mind, and create space for renewed energy and clarity. After a delicious hilltop lunch, you'll have time to enjoy the bathing area, wander barefoot through the meadow, relax with a book, or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings.
To close the day, we'll come together for restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and a deeply nourishing sound bath. Relax into the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, hand-beaten Tibetan bowls, gong, and other therapeutic instruments, leaving you feeling rested, balanced, and restored.
